Dogwood Hills Condos were originally constructed as a portion of Heritage, USA’s expansive properties, dating from 1982. The Association is currently managed by an elected board of directors.
Our community consists of 58 groups of condos and 1 Efficiency building. We have gone to great lengths to maintain and preserve the original integrity of the 31 plus acres of natural woodlands that make up our quiet community. The Fort Mill area provides family attractions, outdoor recreation, quaint villages, and local farmer's markets. There is something for everyone, just minutes away.
