Q. When are Assessment Fees due?
A. The Association Assessment Fees are due on the 1st of the month.
* Please note that a late fee in the amount of 8% of your monthly dues amount will be required if payment is received after the 10th of the month. For additional information on dues and late fees please refer to the Rules and Regulations, Section V Owner's Monthly Assessments (dues).

Q. What is the amount of my monthly assessment fee?
A. If you are unsure of the exact amount, please refer to the following:

Q. When may I put my trash out at the curb for pickup?
A. Trash is picked up every Thursday at 7 a.m. or later. You may place the dark colored bin, which has been supplied by Active Waste Solutions, our trash collector, at the curb on Wednesday evening. NO bags or items should be placed outside the trash can - they will not pick it up.
* Please place your trash can at the curb with the wheels facing your condo.
Q. Does the trash collector provide a trash can?
A. Yes. Each condo has a dark colored bin supplied by the waste management vendor.
Q. Is there a recycling program in Dogwood Hills?
A. Not at this time. But, there are recycling centers located at Baxter and York County Collection and Recycling Center - 1731 SC-160 Fort Mill, Fort Mill East Collection & Recycling Center - Hensley Rd. (803)-628-3181, 1245 East Hwy 160 across from the Leroy Springs Recreation Complex Fort Mill, and Advanced Residuals Management LLC 9352 Old Bailes Rd., Fort Mill (803) 639-7943.
Q. How do I request maintenance / repairs?
A. All requests for maintenance and/or repairs need to be addressed to the Dogwood Hills Maintenance Coordinator either:

For urgent repairs needing immediate attention you may also call the emergency number leaving a voice message with your name, address, phone number, and request: (803) 370-9211

Q. Who should I contact if I want to make changes to the exterior of my home?
A. Requests for changes/additions to the exterior of your home or landscape should be made e-mailing the Request Form or by e-mailing dogwoodhillscoa@gmail.com directly with the subject: ATTN Architectural Committee, for approval.
Q. Who should I contact to report a suspicious person in the neighborhood?
A. If there is an immediate danger to you or your property, dial 911. To report something suspicious, you may contact the York County Sheriff’s Department at (803) 628-3059.
Q. Do you have association meetings that homeowners can attend?
A. Yes. The annual association meeting is on the 1st Friday of December. We encourage all homeowners to attend.
Q. If a condo owner is interested in running for the Board, what is the procedure?
A. If you are a Dogwood Hills homeowner-resident and your dues are paid to date, you would then need to submit your name, address, phone number and a short "bio" to the nominating committee. Please include in your "bio" your reason for wishing to become a candidate. E-mail your request to dogwoodhillscoa@gmail.com ATTN: Nominating Committee. The committee will review all applicants and verify their qualifications. We have many people in Dogwood Hills and if you can express your opinion clearly, negotiate, compromise and treat others with respect, please consider running for the Board.

Q. If a condo owner is interested in volunteering to assist with any committees suggested by the Dogwood Hills Board such as: landscaping beautification, or distribution of information to condo owners, what should they do?
